Meditation Walk - The HOW

Now if you're anything like me, you hear these wonderful concepts and ideas, like Being Present and You are an Infinite Being and so many more. Being the "Seeker" I am, I've explored books, workshops, video's and anything that would teach me how to Be, have, do, implement all of that in my everyday life... needless to say, I always ended up disappointed and out-of-pocket as what I was looking for was just some concept I didn't get... I kept wondering What else is possible? What else can I explore? Where else can I look? and on, and on, and on...

Then one day somewhere in 2013 I was introduced to a modality called Access Consciousness, my life changed... and with ease. For the first time in this life I wasn't the dummy that didn't get what my "enlightened" friends were on about. I just KNEW instantly what it meant to be an INFINITE BEING, and I am that already... that space beyond all the self-imposed limitations that I've made so real and true because that is how I was taught by, and what I bought from this reality... and chose to no longer have that as my operating state.

Today I'd like to share with you ONE of the tools that contributed greatly to me becoming PRESENT as and with ME in EVERY MOMENT... and the awareness when I'm NOT... now able to change it in an instant! I adore this exercise and do it as often as possible, even in my own garden!

Meditation Walk

It is about being present with YOU and EVERYTHING around you.

Here's how it's done:

* You have to take one hour to walk thirty meters. (Although I started off with thirty minutes and extended it gradually, whatever works for YOU)

* You are not allowed to TALK to anybody.

* You are not allowed to LOOK at anybody.

* You have to be PRESENT in every moment THROUGHOUT the entire hour.

Select a place where you can do this where there are no other people around, except others who are doing the walk as well.

This is an invitation for you to be present with you in a way that you've never been before, meaning you have to pay attention to YOU, every movement of your BODY and EVERYTHING that's going on IN and AROUND you.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What are you aware of?

Remember: You are not allowed to talk to anybody, You are not allowed to get together with anybody, You are not allowed to think anyone is cuter than you are.

You have to take one hour to do 30 meter, you have to be totally present to ensure that you don't go further than 30 meters.


"When you are totally present with your body, you feel the muscles and the sinews, the heartbeat, the blood flow and the energy flows. You are aware with your kinesthetic awareness, not just your eyes and ears and senses of touch, smell and taste."
